What is it with Triangles?!?

The following post is to help me cool down after a mad battle against my geometry homework. It won this round....

This is one of these days where my brain decides to pick a fight with itself. One part of my brain says, "Hey, we have a lot of work to do. Why are we procrastinating and blogging when we should be doing our work!!" While another part of my brain says, "Phht! We still got time. And it doesn't really matter whether or not we get it done. It's just work." To which a third part of my brain replies, "We're just taking a break and calming down before we really do some damage to our research books."
I feel like I have a shoulder angel, a shoulder devil, and some sensible third thing sitting on my head. You would think that I find this strange, but it happens often enough that I just learn to ignore them and move to the fourth part of my brain that says "Yeah, yeah. Whatever you say."
But I really should be working on my research. hmmph. I have to write a five-to-ten page paper, and the outline is due on Friday. I'm writing about space shuttle disasters. I've found two giant books which cannot possibly fit into my backpack and I'm looking through those, but if any of you lovely readers has any info at all about one shuttle or another I'd be very grateful. I'll even publicly thank you on this blog.

Well, this is 10-4, good buddy. For now...

Wish I could help you out - but alas - I am not "knowledgeable" about this topic...

However... My sister (who lived in Dallas at the time) was able to see the debris contrails from her back yard.

Sad story...

Best of luck to you on your project.

I guess your sensible side usually wins, since you get things done. I can't even help you with your math homework. I need to go back to high school. Um, wait. No, thanks.
